Greg Iles is an author who is just as likely to write a good book as a lemon. This one is of the citrus variety. The plot starts off as highly improbable then works its way through silly to inane. X desperately needs to go here but then really has to go there. Z tells Y to kill X but then Y wonders if he should kill Z first. It's a muddled bad guys chasing the good guys across the earth story. Tossed in is the stale beware of the computer that will take over the world routine that was first thought up only about 60 years ago.If you're not a fan of the author, avoid this like a gun toting maniac. Even if you are, you still might want to skip it.
